Return & Exchange Policy - We don't accept return/exchange for no reasons.

We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have not altered and have not been worn.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer for you.

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, we ask that you follow these steps:

• You have 5 business days from the time delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like to return or exchange the item.

• You need to contact us before you return them and we will give you our mailing address for returning items. Any item returned without notifying us will not be credited or exchanged. Don't return the dress to directly to the address on the parcel,we can't receive it .And we won't refund.

• The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.

• We must receive the item within 7 days after we give our return address. If we do not receive your item within 7 days, no credit or exchange will be given.

• Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have received it within 7 days of giving our return address.Shipping costs are non-refundable,and need pay restocking fee.
